Janka Zsok

During my studies in Heidelberg I carried out a research internship at the Weis Lab, returned for my Master Thesis and started as Elisa's first PhD student in 2019. The aim of my project was to find out how the nuclear basket influences the localization and mobility of the nuclear pore complex. Having defended my PhD in April 2024, I am slowly separating from the Weis and Dultz labs by studying to become a high school teacher. However, I will still hang around a bit longer to support my colleagues with their projects on the experimental level.
