Janka Zsok

I am one of those typical students that always come back to the same spot. During my studies in Heidelberg I spent a research internship at the Weis Lab, returned for my Master Thesis and finally started as Elisa's first PhD student in 2019. I am trying to find out more about specialized nuclear pore complexes in terms of their function, composition and behavior. Next to struggling with everyday experiment issues, I really like to explore Switzerland (mostly hiking), latin dancing, reading books and having a walk through sunny Zürich.
