PhD and Master Projects

Different projects are available with a main focus on protein RNA interaction. You will learn how to do mutagenesis, protein expression and purification, NMR sample preparation as well as recording and analyzing protein/RNA NMR spectra. Further you will be involved in characterizing the interaction between proteins and RNA using other biochemical and biophysical methods.

The specific project will be discussed based on your interests and the current state of the projects.
